In 2000, Marshall Hinsley entered the real estate industry as a professional, property photographer for a New York-based realty company that was the first to produce a wholly online listing database of available properties. Over the last 25 years, his real estate photography has been used for appraisal estimates, mortgage updates and insurance estimates, as well as for marketing materials and even online articles for AAA (American Automobile Association) and Texas Monthly.
Subsequently as an advertising professional, Marshall produced marketing materials for multiple real estate brokerages and agents, and eventually decided to put the power of his own marketing skills to work for local buyers and sellers as a Waxahachie-based real estate agent and Realtor®.
Marshall has lived his whole life in Waxahachie, attending W.I.S.D. schools, riding his motorcycle along the dirt backroads of Ellis County, and altogether doing life in his hometown for more than half a century. His knowledge of local events, local culture, local personalities and local properties is unequaled in the Ellis County market.
